Features a newly renovated,
heated and enclosed, equestrian
swimming pool, 50 feet in
diameter and 11 feet deep, with a
2 pump filtration system.

The concrete barn is ventilated
and fire-proof, with a capacity of
45 horses.

The facility also includes
numerous paddocks, an enclosed
hot walker, and an 1/8 mile race
track.
Breeding & Foaling Farm
In addition to a training and rehabilitation         
farm, a separate center for breeding                    
and foaling is available, offering  stud services.
